Bluechip Infotech has signed an Australia-first distribution agreement along with customer experience platform SugarCRM.
SugarCRM defines itself as sales, marketing and service software which helps companies supply “high-definition customer experience”. The platform will be a part of Bluechip as a part of the distie’s strategy in order to grow and broaden vendor partnerships.
SugarCRM will make the vendor offer Bluechip with sales and presales training, education and certification programs as well as marketing resources. Bluechip’s partners will be able to have access to SugarCRM’s PartnerClub, which also contains learning and partner networking resources.
Ron Jarvis, Bluechip’s sales director believes it is key for the distie to serve customers with CX Solutions.
Jarvis said, “The SMB and mid-market businesses don’t have to miss out the opportunities that AI-powered technology and solutions can afford.”
