Intel might supposedly be reaching the end of a deal in order to sell off its NAND memory business for about US$10 billion to SK Hynix.
This deal is very important according to The Wall Street Journal. The details of the deal regarding the products or parts on the NAND memory business have yet to be disclosed.
Intel said that its Nonvolatile Solutions Group, which contains SSD products and Intel Optane memory modules, boosted 76% to US$1.7 billion, in their most recent quarter.
Intel’s stock increased by about 1.74%, going up to US$55.10.
