Microsoft has updated its Teams platform even during the growing rivalry it has with Zoom and Google Meet. The company will soon be coming out with a new feature which will make it a lot simpler to conduct presentations during video calls or even live events.
Called Dynamic View, the feature will let its users share content side-by-side with other users. This will be released within the next few months.
Users that wish to make a presentation or play a video for reference and present reports, will find this feature useful. For now, Teams presents smaller icons of users when a screen is shared or presented. The update will allow for a gallery view to reorganise itself on its own so that the user is able to have a better viewing experience. Personalisation is also an option for users.
Microsoft Teams will also put active speakers as the spotlight and also for users that raise their hands. The feature had also been announced back in July 2020.
In order to use this new feature, users will need to; Open Teams meeting > choose Together mode from the drop-down menu > click the small pencil in the left-hand corner of the screen > and finally, select a scene.
